Trailer Home Roof is an Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems brand. Oak Ridge manufactures and distributes polyurea membranes, spray foam, and adhesion primers, and supplies the contractors and applicators who install them.
Manufactured housing has been badly served by the coatings industry. The default product for fifty years has been fibered aluminum asphalt in a five-gallon pail — cheap, easy, and needing to be redone on a cycle forever. Meanwhile the commercial roofing world moved on to sprayed membranes decades ago, and manufactured homes were largely left out of it because nobody was formulating for a roof that flexes the way these do.
Alasta Seal exists to close that gap. It is the same polyurea family that goes on warehouses and cold storage buildings, tuned for a light structure that moves.
We are not a roofing contractor and we will not be the ones on your roof. We manufacture the material, we ship it nationwide, and we can put you in touch with a trained applicator in your region. If your roof needs structural repair instead of a coating, we will say so — we have no incentive to sell you a membrane that will not solve your problem.
What We Provide
For Contractors & Community Owners
Contractors: manufactured housing is steady, repeatable work with short job cycles and customers who genuinely need the problem solved. Most single-wides are a one-day job with a small crew and a modest material bill. We supply at wholesale, help with equipment selection — Graco Reactor E-20 or E-30 class or equivalent — and provide training and spec support on your first jobs.
Community and park owners: if you manage multiple homes, sealing several in one mobilization changes the economics substantially. Talk to us about program pricing and about sequencing the work by roof condition so the worst roofs go first.
Dealers and distributors: Oak Ridge products are available private-label under the WatchGuard brand, including WatchGuard Roof and WatchGuard Primer. Send your region and volume for the schedule.
